


Our gelato has less fat and is warmer than ice cream,
so the flavors come through more and are more intense.
These factors also make for a smoother consistency
whereas ice cream has more of a fine crystal texture.



Typically gelato contains 50% less fat than ice cream.
Its creamier texture is down to the slower churning
process that incorporates less air when we make it.
The resulting softer texture and slightly higher serving
temperature of -14 degrees, gives an opportunity for the
natural flavours to be fully appreciated.
